WELLNESS SESSIONS AND COVID-19

Sessions currently available in the following formats:

~~I have a private outdoor office space that offers 6-10' distance for client and therapist.  You will be asked to wear a mask for this. 

~~I also offer walk and talk sessions with mask wearing, if that is your choice.

I provide 1-3 Online Wellness Sessions at a sliding scale cost.

If you are in a crisis or any other person may be in danger, call 911, go to the nearest ER or Police Station. 

A few Wellness Sessions could increase resiliency-balance and decrease stress during this uncertain and chaotic time we are living in. As social distancing and mask-wearing becomes a new normal, talking with someone might help you manage the changes a bit more compassionately and gracefully.   

I do not take insurance at this time.  Sliding scale rate depending on length of session and your financial situation.   Times: 30, 45 and 60 minutes sessions.

 

Online Telemental Health sessions are Doxy.me, Zoom or FaceTime as HIPPA compliant platforms.  Phone sessions are also available.

DETAILS OF MY APPROACH AND STYLE:

 

I offer a array of traditional, creative and complementary therapies.  My work is based on Carl Jung's philosophy that every client is a unique person who needs 

individualized treatment.  Starting from this premise, I may integrate a variety of models of therapy, specifically chosen to fit your unique and individual needs.  

 

During normal times, I offer "Walk & Talk" and client-therapist-chosen locations for those who are stifled by a traditional office setting.
