Current rate per In-Person Individual Psychotherapy Session:  $150-$175 on a small sliding scale.  First Session $200.

Current rate per In-Person Couples Psychotherapy Session: $175-$200 on a small sliding scale. First Session $200

Current rate per Coaching Session:  $175-$200. First Session $225.

Current rate per All Online Platform Psychotherapy or Coaching Sessions:  $175.00

Rate for individual introductory Wellness Sessions:

Bonny Method of Music Imagery: $125 

Circles of the Self Assessment: $125

Reflective Process Arts: $100

Reiki session: $100

 

Creating A Practice Session:  

Mindfulness & Gratitude or Personal Mandala Practice: $100

Labyrinths: Learning to Walk: An Introduction to Use of Labyrinths:  $100

 

OTHER DETAILS:

•      I do not currently accept insurance.

•      Payment is by cash, check or Zelle.

•      Hours are on certain days only.

•      Before work or evening hours are sometimes available.

•      Occasional Weekend Hours available with special requests or planning.  

•      Teenagers aged 15 and above, Adults and Couples

 

INTENSIVE FOCUSED PERSONAL GROWTH AND SELF-AWARENESS OPPORTUNITIES

1 to 3 day intensives for those who wish to use this format to create a  

more focused growth and renewal opportunity or as a way to maximize time and energy.

Small group sessions with groups who have an issue or concern they want to explore.  

 

Cost for intensives is negotiated on case-by-case basis.
