Current rate per In-Person Individual Psychotherapy Session:

$175-$200 on small sliding scale. First Session $225.

Current rate per In-Person Couples Psychotherapy Session:

$200-$225 on a small sliding scale. First Session $245

Current rate per Coaching Session:

$200-$225 on a small sliding scale

First Session $245.

Current rate per Psychotherapy or Coaching Sessions on All Online Platform:

$200.00

Rate for One-Time Individual Introductory Creative Wellness Sessions:

Bonny Method of Guided Imagery Music: $150

Circles of the Self Assessment: $150

Reflective Experiential Creativity Process: $150

Reiki session: $100

If you are interested in or drawn to Bonny Guided Imagery Music, it is advised that after the first introductory session, you commit to 6 sessions within a 2 month time period to get the maximum benefit .

Creating A Practice Session:

Mindfulness & Gratitude or Personal Mandala Practice: $100

Labyrinths: Learning to Walk:

An Introduction to Use of Labyrinths: Donation

I do not currently accept insurance.
Payment is by cash, check or Zelle.
Hours are on certain days only.
Before work or evening hours are sometimes available.
Occasional Weekend Hours available with special requests or advance planning.

INTENSIVE FOCUSED PERSONAL GROWTH AND SELF-AWARENESS OPPORTUNITIES

1 to 3 day intensives for those who wish to use this format to jumpstart themselves to maximize time and energy, a more focused growth and renewal opportunity, a seasonal or yearly reflection and exploration time for themselves.

Cost for intensives is negotiated on case-by-case basis.

Small group sessions available for people who have an issue or concern they want to explore

through experiential with a group of friends, co-workers, family, etc. Upon Request only.
